MY STORY

I am a yoga instructor, meditation guide, sound healer, lover of life, energy mover, toolbox extraordinaire, creator of Theta Thoughts and a believer that we have the power to heal ourselves and create our own happiness and joy. 

I work with individuals that are ready to create positive and lasting change in their life by raising their vibrational frequency. 
 
After trying many Western healing methods, including talk therapy and medication, to manage my anxiety and depression, I found myself being drawn towards a more holistic approach to my healing journey. 

This led me to numerous years of self-study, svadhyaya, which included the research and self-experimentation of  healing modalities including movement, sound healing, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, meditation, energy healing and more. My studies and expertise also expand into the areas of mindfulness, positive psychology, happiness and law of attraction.

 It is my passion and purpose to draw upon my own personal experiences and knowledge as I guide individuals in the process of embracing their own journey of self-discovery and alignment. With a background in psychology, yoga and meditation, I have molded my interests into a unique experience that is designed to assist individuals on their path of transformation, while bringing about positive changes and improving the quality of their life. ​
